What we do

Kaguo runs fixed collection slots at the Dongguan base, picking up every Tuesday and Friday; we assist with lithium-battery-compliant declarations and labelling. Urgent tier handles new-product launch restocks; economy tier handles routine replenishment. Products fly on our air trunk line direct to Moscow and are distributed to regional warehouses through our partner network.

Results

Since the cooperation began, the company ships 80+ tonnes through Kaguo monthly, peaking at 120 tonnes in season; lithium-battery declarations pass on first submission 100% of the time with not a single hold; urgent-tier on-time performance is 99%, and stock-out days at its Moscow warehouse fell by two-thirds quarter over quarter.

Working mechanism

Both sides review shipping data every two weeks; the company submits stocking plans two weeks ahead. Kaguo provides a dedicated support channel — declaration and transport issues answered within two hours, holidays included.
