A Bonded Logistics Park
A bonded logistics park sits at a core logistics hub in South China, with bonded warehouses, cross-border e-commerce supervision warehouses and multimodal facilities. Kaguo holds a warehousing partnership with it, offering clients an integrated bonded consolidation, storage and batch-dispatch solution.
Background
Many clients struggle with "must wait until the whole lot arrives to ship": orders grow, but a single batch never fills one departure. Others want to split large volumes into several dispatches to spread risk, but have no suitable storage. Separating warehousing from the trunk adds transfer steps and cost.
What we do
Kaguo operates a consolidation warehouse inside the park: client cargo is stored first, then merged and dispatched in batches per plan. For bonded needs, we provide bonded consolidation and ledger management. The park also handles loading, tallying and labelling; Kaguo manages the trunk connection — cargo leaves the warehouse straight onto the agreed plan.
Results
Since the cooperation began, the park turns around 100+ tonnes of Kaguo cargo monthly; clients' average consolidation cycle fell from 15 to 7 days — ship as soon as a departure is filled; batch-dispatch plans let clients replenish flexibly with sales rhythm, cutting capital tied up in inventory by about 20%. In peak season the park expands space with Kaguo clients as priority.
Working mechanism
Both sides reconcile inventory and turnover data monthly; the park offers Kaguo clients preferential storage rates, with peak-season increases pre-agreed in writing — costs stay predictable.
