To better serve long-term bulk clients, Kaguo has officially opened a monthly settlement channel. Eligible clients who sign up enjoy three benefits — monthly payment terms, a dedicated service line and priority space — making bulk shipping smoother.

Three benefits

Monthly settlement: freight is settled by calendar month — cargo dispatched this month is reconciled and paid next month, easing cash flow. Dedicated line: a dedicated manager handles your account with priority response, and peak-season capacity plans are shared a week early. Priority space: when capacity tightens, monthly clients book ahead of ad-hoc clients, reducing the risk of missing space.

Eligibility

Available to corporate clients with 3+ shipments in the past three months or average monthly volume above 5 tonnes. Application requires a business licence and a list of usual cargo. Personal clients are not eligible yet and may pay per shipment or prepay.

How to apply

Contact your manager to apply → review of documents (1-2 business days) → sign the cooperation agreement → account activated. New orders follow the monthly settlement model once approved.

Reconciliation and invoicing

By the 5th of each month your manager sends the previous month's statement; invoices are issued after confirmation. Fixed cycles and itemised costs mean bulk clients no longer negotiate and reconcile shipment by shipment.
