Three Delivery Speeds and Delay Compensation Officially Announced
2026-08
Kaguo International Supply Chain has officially announced its three delivery speed tiers and delay compensation rules, so that cargo owners can choose the option that fits their deadlines. The terms apply to all orders placed through the website, by phone or at pickup points, and are confirmed in writing before booking.
Three delivery speeds
Air line: urgent 1-3 days, express 3-5 days. Road line: 15-20 days. Rail line: 20-25 days. Match the route to your needs — air for tight deadlines, road for cost-sensitive cargo, rail for planned bulk shipments.
Proportional delay compensation
If delivery exceeds the agreed transit time, compensation is paid proportionally. The exact ratio is confirmed in writing before booking with no vague clauses. Delays caused by the client (incomplete declarations, late handover) are excluded, as confirmed by both parties.
Shipment tracking
After dispatch, your manager updates each milestone: warehouse receipt, booking, departure, customs clearance and final delivery. Clients can check status anytime by phone or email; any anomaly is reported immediately with a solution.
Why it matters
Publishing speeds and compensation terms puts our commitment in black and white. Every cooperation starts with clear expectations: defined transit times and accountability for delays.
